Wii Punch Out Health Cheats
Increase Health – Tap the “Plus” and “Minus” while in between rounds, keep doing it till you hear a chime. When the round starts you will see a gain in health.
Increase Health during Fight – When you knock down a fighter press 1 and 2 buttons alternately if your using the Wii-mote controls and if you’re using the Wii-mote and Nunchuk wave them up and down alternately and Mac will gain strength while the fighter is down.
Remedy Bar – Press the “Minus” button during a dialogue in between the rounds and Doc will give you a Remedy bar to increase your strength slightly. Remedy Bars can only be used once per fight.
Unlocking Tournaments
Unlock Major Circuit – Defeat Minor Circuit
Unlock World Circuit – Defeat Major Circuit
Unlock Title Defence Mode – Defeat all three Circuits (minor, major, world)
Unlock Last Stand Mode – Beat Mr. Sandman while in Title Defence mode.
Unlock Champions Mode – Defeat ten fighter in Last Stand mode.
Wii Punch Out Miscellaneous Cheats
Unlock Donkey Kong – Win against Donkey Kong while in Last Stand mode. Donkey Kong can only be played in Exhibition.
Perfect Career Record – When you playing Career mode and you’re just about to lose, press the “Plus” button and Restart the fight again. This will not count as a loss and you can try again…and again…and again.
Unlock Character Audio – Finish the 3 challenges in Exhibition
Unlock Red headgear – If you lose more than 100 times when in single player mode you will get some headgear for more protection from punches.

Piston Honda and Glass Tiger on Wii Punch Out

Mysterious New Character

The official Nintendo Punch Out website has the profile for Glass Joe who we all know and love but there’s also another profile of some mysterious fighter yet to be named. You can only see the shadow of the fighter on the website and it simple says “Coming Soon”. Could this character be from the original Mike Tyson’s Punch Out or is he from the SNES version? Only time will tell.

More Wii Punch Out Characters Confirmed

GoNintendo has reported that according to Game Informer there will be an article coming out there are two new confirmed fighters coming to the Wii version Don Flamenco, Bear Hugger. Most of you guys will remember these two fighters from previous versions of Punch Out! But it’s good to see them back in the new Wii version.
The article also gives some details on their fighting style as well.
Bear Hugger:
- really likes showing off his belly moves
- bear hug is still in his arsenal
- the raspberry face is still there
Don Flamenco:
- taunts you into fighting, then counters with a maraca uppercut
- Don will taunt with a Uno, Dos, Tres, and then unleash a three hooks followed by an uppercut
- knock off Don’s toupee to really get him really fired up

New Wii Punch Out Trailer shows off Multiplayer
GameTrailers just showed off this exclusive new Wii Punch Out Trailer that shows off some multi-player action. The first half of the trailer is pretty much the same stuff we’ve seen before but the last half is where the surprise is. There is also a surprise character in this trailer to but I won’t spoil it for you, go watch it for yourself.

Wii Punch Out Europe Box Art

The European box art for Wii Punch has been confirmed and it also confirms support for the Wii Balance Board as well. The little blue sticker on the cover means that the game will be compatible with the Balance Board.
